I'm reading a terrific book..
The Willpower Instinct by Kelly McGonigal
Kelly McGonigal is a PH.D who teaches a 10 week course at Stanford called "The Science of Willpower". The book is a synopsis of the course, 1 chapter for 1 week. Each chapter has a "Willpower Workout" designed to strengthen your willpower and self control.
I love Dr McGonigal's style of writing. She compared strawberry cheesecake to a saber toothed tiger! I'm committing to read 1 chapter a week and do the exercises.
This week I'm keeping track of my willpower choices. I'm also doing 5 minutes of meditation a day.
