Too many nuts and dark chocolate and wine this afternoon.

And where is the rest of my chocolate?
LATER THAT NIGHT...My stomach hurts. Although Fast-5 is a good way of intermittent fasting, I don't think it's a good fit for me. I was getting too obsessed with counting down the hours until my eating window opened. That may have contributed to my carb-fest today. I'm returning to the EatStopEat way of intermittent fasting.
