Here's dinner from last night..
Hamburger in a bowl. I filled the bottom with lettuce, added ground beef and topped it with tomatoes, avocados and onions.
When I eat my meal from a bowl, I don't miss the bread. I think I'll eat the majority of my meals at home in bowls. At least until my wheat cravings are totally kicked to the curb.
In other news, my knee still hurts like all get out. I haven't done any exercise all week. This afternoon husband and I are going for a short hike. If I have problems, I'm going to have to schedule a doctors appointment. I hate going to the doctor, I hope my knee will fix itself.
